What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the wedding date. For cancellations made within 30 days, we may retain a portion of the cost to cover our expenses.
